Protecting Our Mental Heath During Pandemic -
Yes, the last few weeks have been very tough, we are stuck indoors, future seems to be uncertain, we are worried about our friends & family stuck at different places due to lockdown, no doubt this situation is stressful and surely affects our mental health.
Now at these circumstances it is really important to think positive, worrying about future is not going help, to direct our minds to be in good health we can try below points-
1. Communication : Yes communicating with your friends, family through video calls or voice calls will surely help to be in a good state of mind.
2. Helping Others : Think about helping others who are in need at this difficult time, this will surely make them happy and you will also feel happy.
3. Set Goals : Think about the things you were trying to do from a long time but couldn't do due to your busy schedule, now that due lockdown you get enough time you can finish that desire of yours like reading book, watching any documentary etc.
4. Be Healthy : Exercise, drink enough water, make sure to eat healthy diet, this way you will maintain your immune system to fight any kind of sickness.
5. Talk about your anxiety : If you are lonely and depressed do not hesitate to talk about these feelings with loved ones, a healthy talk helps to relax your negative feelings.
6. Keep yourself Active : Play indoor game, stay away from unnecessary social media news, enjoy doing what you love doing like cooking, reading, or any online activity.
At the end staying at home with a great hope and positive attitude will help fighting this pandemic.
