Boosting Immune system to fight against Corona Virus

How we can boost our Immune system to Fight Against Corona Virus :


Corona Virus is declared as Global pandemic by WHO, while the world is fighting this invisible enemy, there are few tips through which individuals can take to fight this pandemic by boosting their immune system-
1. Take Care of the Food that you eat- The food you eat determines the overall heath and immunity, it is important to add fruits and green vegetables in diet, increase intake of Vitamin C & D as it helps in boosting Immune System.
2. Do not compromise on your Sleep- A good 7-8 hours of sleep helps to build your immunity. Sleep deprivation increases tiredness and also affects the body activities. Hence a good sleep is required to build a proper immune system.

3. Stay Hydrated- Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily to keep yourself hydrated.
4. Destress Yourself- These are challenging times and a healthy mental state is as important as healthy body. In order to keep yourself stress free one can practice below -
a) Practice Meditation
b) Avoid Alcohol, smoking and other addictive substances
c) Exercise
